Cancellation and refunds

Before buying
Check the formats, contents and license on each product page. DWG requires compatible CAD software. HTML, CSV and Word files require applications that support those formats.
Pending or failed payment
Unpaid orders have no download access. If you paid but the order remains pending, use Check payment in My library and contact us with the order number before paying again.
Cancellation before download
To request cancellation before downloading an original file, send your order number and reason through Support. We review payment and delivery records and respond with the available resolution.
File problems or duplicate charges
Report corrupted files, incorrect delivery or duplicate charges with the order number and a description. Confirmed issues are resolved through replacement files or a refund.
After download
Digital files cannot be returned, so change-of-mind refunds may be limited after download. Requests concerning defective files, non-delivery or mandatory legal rights are reviewed separately.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Posting times depend on the processor and card issuer. Refunded products lose download access, and the result appears in your order status and support reply.
