Information processed
For email members we process an email address, password-verification hash and salt, verification status, account and session identifiers, registration date and consent record. If an authorized account uses external sign-in, we process the identifier and email provided by that service. We retain ordered items, amount, currency, payment status, processor references, download records, support messages and replies. We do not collect card numbers or card security codes.
Purposes
Information supports authentication, file delivery, payment confirmation, customer support, refunds, partner settlement and security. Email is used for requested verification and password resets; registering does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
Marketing company attribution
Initial registration requires the active code assigned by your marketing company and consent to partner reporting. We store that referral once; it is not required on subsequent sign-ins. That company can view its referred members’ partial identifiers, masked emails and registration dates, plus company-level registration, sales and commission totals. Passwords, full emails, card details, private support messages and other companies’ members are not shared.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites provides hosting, storage and external account authentication. Payment information is processed by the provider identified at checkout. Verification and password-reset emails are sent through Resend when you request email authentication. Necessary information may be processed on servers outside your country.
Cookies and safeguards
Essential session cookies use HttpOnly, SameSite and HTTPS safeguards. The server stores session-token hashes rather than raw tokens. Member sessions last up to 30 days and can be ended by sign-out or password reset. No automatic advertising-tracking cookies are used.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed for accounts and order fulfilment. Verified deletion requests remove unnecessary information; transaction records required for settlement, disputes or applicable law are retained separately as needed. Contact Support to withdraw marketing-data sharing consent.
